Our first child was born Friday July 10th at 11:14am after 16 hours of labor and an emergency C section.  My wife went through some serious shit and all I could do was tell her way to go baby, I love you baby, it's almost over baby, you're doing great baby.  It's been said before but has never been more true to me after witnessing the miracle of birth,  "If men had to have the babies there would be no one on the planet." 

Thank you to the all of the staff at Kaiser, especially the nurses and midwives.  Oh, and to our doctor, great job on the C section.
