"Courcelle, 18, called Chriss about 20 times to arrange a meeting, and Chriss went to meet her and another person about 12:34 a.m. July 6 at Sligh Avenue near Harney Road, the affidavit states.
The other person used a handgun to fire 13 to 15 shots into Chriss' 1999 Ford Explorer, and Chriss was shot in the left hip and spine, according to the affidavit. Chriss was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital."
