"A man, 31, suffering from mental illness has been arrested with the head of a woman he had murdered. After beheading his companion, he was wandering in the streets holding her head. The police tried to stop him by shooting him on the legs; however, the culprit, who was in a state of amok, attacked the onlookers with a knife, injuring four."
